 1. Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 2 days of purchase if the product is defective or damaged. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at info@ramgolda1rice.com with order details and proof of defect/damage. Once the return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
3. Refund Process Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.  10:37 AM
